The real deal is that EVERY house in the south has latent mold in it....half the allergies in atlanta are the result of exposure to mold.

I know someone that moved into a place that was "no pets" new carpet, paint etc...only to break out in major allergy and contact the landlord.  

Mold issues are just allergy issues.

It’s actually now time to retain a local eviction attorney, imo.I would be really pissed if my wife had a bad cat allergy and someone tried to pull this ESA BS days after move in.

this is for our primary residence with only $30k below market due to allergies for my son - we are renting in carpeted unit that the landlord is not willing to change (understandable) and central location to everything for our family.

Cat allergy or not, this tenant will give you trouble.

I can't do Golden Corrall food allergies  :(Maybe next meeting.

The one thing we had never thought of is the possible connection if there is a penicillin allergy.

Never thought I had an issue with a black mold in the room, I thought I had allergies from the high pollen levels in my area.
