This is a pretty close replica of the first investment property that I set foot in years back just getting my bird-dogging newb-feet wet in this industry.

I agree with you about reaching the point where you must stop focusing on theory and trying to read and learn everything and just do it like Nike.

Our average rent is around $700.00 a month and I believe that majority of our tenant base work at corporations that were considered essential during this pandemic such as Nike, FedEx, UPS and Amazon.

these are some pretty fasciniating things ive read on here,makes me acutally feel like a loser now i guess,but ive got to keep going,im glad to you that alot of you all didnt stop and let any obstacles get in your way and kept going to achieve success.......quite jealous that i didnt stay on track ...i see the best thing to do is like nike and "just do it"
