The author himself uses horrible grammar and over half of his "opinion piece" is actually just quoting opinion posts from Twitter.

I noticed a red flag when her grammar was off, and punctuation was a little weird. 

@Dawn AnastasiBesides the grammar and typos, I'd be interested in your review of the content and whether is is only geared to the tenants?

They seem too perfect, all positive reviews, but they appear fake with near perfect grammar or the same grammar mistakes in multiple reviews, they use a review company from Europe but their business is in the US, and they avoid use any of the traditional US based review systems.

I truly don't mean to sound like a jerk (or the grammar police!)
