If one owned a single member LLC within their Roth IRA, and that entity invested exclusively in real estate, tax liens and debt instruments, would it not be acceptable to simply incorporate "grammar school" like accounting (how much IN versus how much Out).

There are some grammar/spelling errors but it is significantly cheaper than in person and I enjoyed being able to go at my own pace and finish the course within a month or so.

NO one in their right mind would loan money like that.and of course NO one in the business asks for money up front other than appraisals and or modest app fee something like 100 to 200 dollars.also they have verifiable presence.the other clue is poor grammar ( I know mine is poor LOL) and spelling.. and semi foreign sounding or use of English.99.9% you send the money they will ask for more but will never fund have never funded a deal and are just thieves taking advantage of those that are unfamiliar with loan process and terms.

AgreedI don't think based on your current grammar you're writing any books, but it SURE IS EASY TO DUMP ON OTHER PEOPLE FOR ACTUALLY WRITING ONE AND THEN TRYING TO SELL IT. go write your book then go on BP and DON'T sell and be the change you want to see, or just keep complaining.

And that implies they're developing a mixed-use building or buildings, while the following paragraph says they seek RE deals to purchase in less than 30 days), and their copy is *terrible* - the site is fraught with incorrect grammar and poor sentence structure.It looks like they've loosely modeled after a fund, and if I understand the pitch correctly, it's not a terrible idea (a fund for STRs instead of apartment buildings etc).
