There is no such thing as an outdoor smoke detector. 

There is a solution and I am building it...a hybrid apartment/hotel located in the commercial district near shopping and entertainment with no residential zoning issues and with pool, gym, laundry, courtyard, and outdoor kitchen on site.

This would mean pools/hot tubs, game rooms, nice outdoor spaces, views, etc.  

I don't mean this to be critical, but the outdoor pics look "fake" to me.  

The indoor experience and outdoor experience on the property must be equally present.

That should fit everyone comfortably, especially if they would be outdoors most of their stay.  

Some of the spots in there have significant stone work, and outdoor kitchens, so i get the higher prices on some of those.

Another way to solve occupancy challenges, which I strongly encourage, is adding a few more features so guests will feel less desire to leave and find comforts, such as a hot tub (with great photos, including lights on at twilight), well stock the home and make a big deal of this(especially coffee and the ease of making it), buy more indoor and also outdoor games, photograph them in use and describe them via verbiage in the listing.
