To me this scares me a little andmakes me question if there is something about the area that is contributing to the vacancies.For instance if there are gunshots day in day out, I would hesitate to purchase in that area.I feel like I would also be putting myself at a disadvantage if I bought in an area where the vacancies are due to rents being too high for demographic.Am sorry am just not seeing the argument on this one and I am not intending to be mean, I just don’t understand the thread and I believe it might just be me overthinking and not seeing clearly what you are trying to communicate.I tend to have analysis paralysis so maybe this is simpler than it looks :).

I dont know yet but once in contract I might wholesale this, I might close and do the rehab, i might keep as rental or sell as a turnkey rental.So the quesiton is: what state would you open the corp or LLC, what are the cost to open corp/llc in PA(I know NY), what kid of tax Advantages-Disadvantages opening a new company - whether it be NY or PA with a partner and any other pertinent info I shoudl know.
