Rate them all and choose the best fit.Religion is one of the discrimination factors, so do not let the same church/place of worship enter into your decision or be on any of your notes.  

I am not a bank, social work, church group, family member or friend.If you are a good tenant you will pay on time, If you can not I will do what I can to help you move to more affordable housing.Remember you do not have a good tenant if they do not fulfill their one primary responsibility of paying in full and on time.

I also used to go to church with a couple that had 8 boys, and they were the best behaved kids I have ever seen.

Richmond is a pretty hot market right now, especially in certain neighborhoods (Church Hill, the Fan, Museum District), but if you've got money, know-how, and time, there are a ton of opportunities to fix up broken houses for buying and holding.

I have no use for this property and its a bit of a gamble in terms of zoning so I want to invest as little as possible, I just like the rezoneing process as its alot of fun dealing will all the crap that comes up so if I get my zoning Ill make a killing, if I dont Ill just donate the property to my church as I have no use for it.
