One of them did work with large grocery stores all over the place and was parked throughout the week in busy parking lots and the other one went weekly to a 2-3000 person church in Denver.

There's no way to filter the list for specific criteria (SFR, 3 beds/2 baths, etc), so I have been scrubbing the list, excluding commercial properties, bank owned properties, state and church owned properties.

For instance, in Richmond it could be Church Hill, or Jackson Ward...then you'll be able to get a profile on what the buyers look like in that area. 

I have a W-2 that provides me about $6700/mo and I either invest, 401K or give to church about 35-40% of that so if I make my $5K number I should be alright staying home.
