They are a good company though.Venmo has pretty fast payouts, is free if using ACH or debit (3% fee to renter if using CC), and also has a good API.Half my tenants still use their own ePayment, and I'm fine with that, as long as I don't get charged fees.

I have like 3 or 4 CC companies constantly sending me these checks, and 18 months is long enough, even with a cushion for a refi after a year of seasoning and pay those suckers off.

Hi, I am noticing the HUD lists and Forclosure sites that claim to have free listings then when you sign up it says they cost $1 and then my cc will be charged ranging from $30 to $50 a month depending on the site.
