Who knows if they want to do it for the points or because they have no $But when my tenants pay with CC I charge them 3% since it's expensive for me.

If you don’t have recorded records then download all your transactions from your bank/cc into excel and tag them with the property and expense type. 

I've been using Rentec to collect ACH and CC payments from my tenants. 

What's your criteria for assessing whether this project should go forward (ie. 2x equity multiplier, 20% IRR, C-C return of 20%??) 

No cc company has ever followed up with the data I’ve entered.

But our CC fees are now around 2.1%, which saves us huge dollars, and we are getting are funds WHEN THEY ARE PAID BY THE GUEST, which is the way it's supposed to be.
