B won't deal with A any longer if A did push it.When you hear about these cases paying off is when a seller terminates a contract and turns around and sells to a buyer who was shown the property by the agent that was cut out or was the procuring cause of the sale.This clause in a listing agreement is there to protect the listing agent and broker in those cases, not as a punishment to get even with a seller who was informed by his sister-in-law that she could do the listing on a co-broke arrangement with one of her buddies who is in the area.

HUD does an annual rent study for each county, so look up HUD and whatever county Romeoville is in.They'll generate what a Fair Market rent is that HUD will allow housing authorities to pay out and a specified % of AMI LESS a utility allowance (ie if tenant pays electric, then you need to knock the $2200 down by that amount).Local housing authorities may kick in some more since they need to be close to market-rent or the voucher holders won't qualify.I guess you get the advantage of a EFT on the 1st, but you still need to collect a co-pay (if they have one) from the tenant also.
