Incredible views, privacy, roomy lot and roomy house and still just 20 minutes from a few grocery stores and bars/restaurants in Woodland Park.Also two RV garage spots and three outdoor RV spots with full hook-ups that can be rented.

I don't know how privacy laws would impact this.

Their privacy laws are advantageous, so we went there.

@Jeff Stansberry  I am not a CPA or Attorney, but I use a "Land Trust" to provide me with privacy protection. 

If you have to register you Wyoming LLC in your own state there goes you privacy and any other perceived advantage. 

For me if I am going to go through the hassle of setting up LLC's to hold my real estate, and I am going to go through the effort of actually following the rules to "not pierce the corporate veil"  Why wouldn't I spend the extra money to make sure that my entity structuring also protects my privacy and doesn't open me up to litigation and lawsuits? 

That seems like a lot just to protect our privacy (although that's pretty important).

My partner and I are looking at buying in Pflugerville and plan to house hack by sectioning off part of the house (2 beds/1 bath) and adding an exterior door for more privacy.
