CC have 18 to 30% interest charges for a reason its unsecured debt with a ton of risk.to then have unsecured debt at 5 to 7% .. would only take a small run of defaults to make that a money loser..

I think one needs to really understand what their skill sets are before they blow money on anything real estate related especially if they are borrowing it or putting gi ton CC.. great way to end up in massive debt

Im looking for a way for my tenants to pay with their cash but not directly to me For one reason or another, I have 8 tenants who do not have CC, bank accounts, etc, only cash.PayNearMe seems like a good option but not available in Massachusetts.Are there any other options?

Listing price has it at $40/sq ft but 2/3 of the sq ft is the building that needs to be converted to cc and therefore not immediately income producing (unless I just rented it to a commercial tenant or something while working on stabilizing the existing units).
