Two of the three ended up unable to find a lender who would finance (either due to square footage or sq ft + being a co-op) and the third had very unfavorable terms (45% down @ 12.5 rate, 24mos interest only, 3 pts up front + 3k in fees).

In those documents it lists all the homes and all known liens on each property and I was able to find my name and lien so you may want to check there too.I spoke with a CO attorney and he mentioned there is also a stay on any proceedings or court actions (Foreclosure) on any of the homes which was imposed by the Receiver so even if note holders are looking to try to FC I don't think they get very far.

@Jared Coleson I've only been on the other side of it (as a "co-worker"), but our building used OfficeRND which was great as a web app (not so great as a mobile app) and then migrated to Coworks.

You'll also want to think about finding/developing a co-sign agreement, holding deposit agreement, notices when things go wrong, termination, and maybe interview questions when calling to verify references.
