I think it's actually a nice attribute for a property to have, because trees provide privacy and the owner can decide what areas they want to clear out to build their house (assuming that's even what they intend to do).Some properties can offer even more hidden value if the trees are mature enough to be harvested as timber.

From what I've seen, most accredited investors are in their late forties or fifties, busy with families, and they tend to value their privacy.

When searching for my house hack I specifically looked for homes with layouts that would allow the most privacy between rooms (I went with a dual entry house with basement 3 beds in basement, 2 beds upstairs).

And of course a pet deposit and monthly pet rent is required (most pet owners understand this).Unfortunately certain breeds may be restricted; both for insurance purposes and for common sense (and I have large dogs myself...but I also have a double privacy fence). 

Many airbnb guests value their privacy (which is why they Airbnb) and will be shocked and upset to be sharing a wall with others and your reviews will suffer.
