The lower unit tenant has lived there longer and has her furniture there with plants, but the upper unit has recently been leaving food out for an outdoor kitten on the porch  and so the two units have been arguing over who the porch belongs to.

We're putting one of the "dome" homes with glass ceiling on it with the self composting toilet, we may end up putting electric and well to allow for outdoor shower, etc.

Let them know in advance, so residents can plan ahead to move outdoor furniture away from the building, or vehicles out of the driveway if needed.

The patio downstairs is clean and comfortable with a hanging swing and we built a wrap around deck off the back so that upstairs has just as much outdoor space.

I'm also a huge outdoors men so I like to justify it that way as well :)If you plan on doing your own repairs and larger maintenance issues, it is nice to have but not necessary.

They are still subject to common animal rules (no barking, on a leash or under owner control outdoors, clean up after them immediately, etc.)

Hello BP, I’m curious what outdoor cameras self managing investors are using currently.

When I went to see what was wrong, it turns out that she tried having the heat on in one room and the AC on in the other which won't work since there is only one outdoor unit. 

Seems like a lot of wasted indoor and outdoor space.
