They're not really places I'd personally like to live for commute and excitement reasons, but they're nice middle class cities.There are some areas along Monument that I don't find that appealing, but as an investment I think they're perfectly fine.I have a co-worker who owns and rents 6 or 7 houses in Concord and Pleasant Hill.

The idiot land lord in a C class market could have had two tenants with 800 fico scores, but she didn't even ask for a co signer...If Group B just seems like a better group, try to quantify why.
