You will hear the air movement through the pipes, but you have a better chance of also hearing leaks because you won't have the noise of the compressor in the background.If you aren't comfortable doing this yourself, you can hire a plumber to do it for you.

It is a normal asphault road/ drive (single lane).My neighbor is selling their home and they are asking me and the other neighbor to sign a contract stating that all three neighbors will maintain this road in 'good' condition for perpetuity and this contract shall 'run with the land'Sounds like I would be creating/ joining a type of HomeOwners Association, and placing some sort of 'deed' restriction on my property.Why would I do this?

After viewing the property I noticed that there were quite a few items that would be identified in an inspection but are blatantly not repaired in addition to significant cracks in the brick suggesting foundation movement.

. :) I think this HUGE movement of Average US investor to buy SFR rentals is not going away and is only going to keep feeding on itself and we are simply going to have to be resigned to the fact that unless you buy in areas were the cash FLOW DOES NOT work... those are the only areas that will stay predominantly owner occ and stable long term..
