If you're buying materials or dealing with a company that you can pay with a CC, then it becomes useful w/ the 0% interest.Just make sure you remember to pay it all off as soon as that introductory period ends.

If you want to have fun with it, put a cc: on the letter to a local law firm (and don't send a copy of the letter to them).

Now I don't know what closing costs are in your area, but let me use Purchase Price times 3% which equals 5,400.70,000 - 30,000 (Rehab) - 5,400 (CC) = 34,600Now when you sell you have to pay closing costs again and possible realtor commissions on 250k.
