I'd love to learn a little bit more about your situation-- in general lenders want 2 years of W2 history, but I'm not exactly sure regarding a job overseas or how credit works with that either (you might need to build up credit here as well).If your strategy is a primary residence, maybe you could try to get a co-signer?
