I am comforted by the community here at Bigger Pockets and knowing that it is not only filled with new investors looking to take the plunge like I am, but also with seasoned veterans that prove REI to be a great option to grow personal wealth. 

I am ready to take the plunge and buy that first property.

I think I need to take a couple steps back before taking the plunge at the courthouse. 

I want to understand how folks took their first plunge on RE and how/where did they invested and what advice can they share for someone looking to start their career in RE investing?

I took (tried to take) my first plunge into the investing game earlier this month and decided to make an offer on a 23-unit apartment complex just outside of DFW.

I enjoy the commercial side but have always been more excited about growing my own portfolio.Which brings me to my current question:  Is now a good time to take the plunge to full time real estate investing?  

I finally feel like I am ready to take the plunge, cross your fingers for the end of this year.My goal is to start flipping homes, I love the game of the flip.

I'm a little nervous but I think I'm ready to take the plunge.
