The thing to keep in mind with the due on sale clause, that almost no one ever talks about, is they are hardly ever called due because we have been in a perpetual falling interest rate environment.  

The only true retirement is the infinite perpetual CASH FLOW from your business and/or a pension if you're lucky enough to have one.

Just wondering if anyone has found a creative way around this, if anyone has heard of a movement to appeal this with the city council, or if anyone knows a way of getting an exception based on number of bedrooms and parking.
