It's in a desirable area within walking distance for transportation to NYC.  

Renewable Energy, Electric transportation, Regenerative Agriculture and Simple/Sustainable living.

Leaks in roofs or windows that have resulted in mold (often enclosed in a wall and not visible). 

Waterbury does have a couple hospitals, UCONN branch campus (I attended and was great, they keep expanding), the Brass Mill Center, public transportation, tons of schools, businesses and more.

Some cities have great infrastructure, like public transportation, etc., Detroit has horrible infrastructure.

Transportation, manufacturing and warehousing continue to thrive in our area.Depending on where you buy, exactly, you can expect high appreciation.

How close is public transportation to the unit?

Especially if there's not enclosed yard and the owner just leaves the dog home alone bored and lonely and tearing the place apart, especially young or high energy breed or anxious personality.The unit I live in was previously used as the litterbox for a single cat.

Is it near hospitals or at least easy access and safe public transportation?
