Would any like to help a young investor describe the advantages and disadvantages of property management services?

Is it overkill/disadvantageous/waste of time to apply to all or most or is there a smarter way?

The disadvantages I hear people say, in my opinion don’t hold that much weight.

What are the advantages and disadvantages to these?

Do a Google search on losing CCPC stats and the disadvantages of so.

The advantage to doing it this way is that it is easy to reconcile because the deposit matches the bank statement, but the disadvantage is that the information doesn't transfer into the Vendor center.  

make sure everyone knows that you are interested in net money and people going through the brokers are in a disadvantage.

To me the disadvantages of a LLC out weigh the advantages but this does not seem to matter as most simply blindly accept that a LLC is necessary.

The Orlando/Disney area is flooded with short term rentals, and this market is in direct competition with the Disney resorts, since many feel the advantages of staying on Disney property outweighs the disadvantages of staying in a hotel. 

The lender also may wish to see skin in the game and limit your loan to 60%-70% ARV.There are advantages/disadvantages(risks), to either situation.
