Neon gas is used to produce chips used in cars, electronics, you name it.

The main topics that come to mind immediately are the need for electronic or smart locks, dynamic pricing tools, how to screen guests, and how to write house rules so that everyone knows what is expected of them.

We avoid appliances with extra bells and whistles, as well as those with too many electronic parts.

I give one $25/month discount for paying direct deposit electronically and a second $25/month discount if their rent is paid on the 1st or early. 

I've seen lots of scenarios where the correct and safe transmission of a document, either paper or electronic, is followed by exposing that document to people who shouldn't see it because on the recipient's end it gets printed out, lost, left in a cab, saved in unencrypted form, forwarded to their personal Gmail account, and too many other examples to mention.If you're sending to a bank or other corporate entity, their IT department may have an idea of how they expect to receive and store sensitive documents.  

We use electronic applications so the information is stored in our system.
