There are existing architectural plans sketched out for 6 units.

Hi there.I'm considering a new construction build of a 4-plex and more in the future...I was wondering if there were any solid Architectural Draftsman out there that you would recommend?

I am looking to have the inspectors, architecture and structional engineer report.

Understanding the goals of the Board of Architectural Review (BAR) and the other actors in the area (Municipal and County Government, Local non-profits, neighborhood associations etc)  is equally important and time consuming.

Im also in the architecture business and looking to expand my Realstate portfolio. 

It was a very popular architecture type when a lot of building was going on in the early 1900s. 

Many CC&R's were recorded by the developer with well-meaning plans to also  have architectural committees  and other owners appointed to oversee compliance.
