They are extremely disorganized and frustrating to deal with.

It's very frustrating bc the situation isn't anything I caused.

Its frustrating dealing with difficult people but you MUST treat this like a business.

I've been a part of the group for over a year now, Uri, and it's been absolutely fantastic.The educational program is top-notch, no doubt, but for me, when I joined, it was all about the access to the network of like-minded, vetted individuals who are there to do deals and make it happen.I've always been frustrated by local meet-up groups and networking events where the majority of people (because the events are typically free) are tire kickers.

Frustrating I'm sure.. but it's very easy to find anyone's number these days.

Site runs very slow, information is not current and search functions are set in such a way that you have to constantly clear search terms, or change criteria to have it pull what you want - this is especially frustrating in the comps section where - for no reason - you have to open the settings and select "all" for it to pull in comps.  

We all get it...receiving news of a rent increase can be frustrating for a tenant who's balancing their own financial responsibilities.

I’m sorry to hear about the situation you’re in—it sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when communication from the syndicators has been so lacking.

While it’s frustrating that the tenant is still there and not paying, turning off utilities could complicate the situation and potentially lead to legal consequences for your "friend".In the meantime, document everything (the tenant’s non-payment, the lease terms regarding utilities, and their attempts to resolve the issue) to present in court, which may help recover the outstanding balance later.
