@Varinder Kumar,If you can, try choosing a name this neutral and generic, like "xxx Associates", "xxx Industries", "xxx Enterprises", maybe add "of (state-name)", if needed.

I have seen regulators do strange things but if any regulator even proposed expanding their guidance to encompass credit decisions, the pushback even within HUD, not to mention FHFA and the Enterprises because of establishing a very dangerous precedent would be so swift that I doubt anyone would even know of such a proposal before it was quietly killed internally.Even Liz Warren isn't that out of touch.
