@Kyle ScholnickI agree with you that the numbers presented on many turn-key companies' listings can be way too optimistic, if not unrealistic altogether. 

It also is helpful to have a California LLC in case you ever sell that property and move into another state so that you do not need to form a new LLC altogether with new operating agreement, just re-register in the new state as a new foreign LLC.

IMO, they should do away with ESAs altogether and make everyone qualify their pets as Service Animals, with the appropriate training...

They both told me the supply of nurses was getting higher and the pay rates were dropping and were both considering getting out of the business altogether.
