I would strongly suggest you delete this post.  

Ensure the seller deletes their listing, and you write a new improved ad with different pics.

Also do not pay partial amounts on old collections or any for that matter.It REFRESHES an old collection to a NEW one as active again which will drop your score dramatically.Instead keep disputing it as not yours and when they stop responding they will probably take it off your credit.If you pay to settle an account and they have reported on your credit only do it with a "payment for deletion" where it is wiped off of your credit report.

I'm confused . . . so you're trying to promote your auction, but you keep deleting the link to it.

Use a standard contract for your area and either sit down with them and delete things that don't apply or use addendums to modify what you agree to.

And a lot more after that.If you happen to post at the same time of day every time, i'd try mixing it up.And delete all old listings.
