Sounds like this PM is not licensed, and if that is the case in a state where license is required you can report the PM to the state department that covers real estate.

Account Closed  this whole thing about a judge is just flaming bull crap they never get in front of a judge they can hardly do anything much less present a case in a court of law.. you guys with this judge crap get over it. 

I doubt they would bother bringing a case in small claims court.
