I love renting section 8.The only people that have problems with section 8 are individuals that believe section is "automatic money" from the GOV.

Getting a deposit also stops a customer from backing out , once the contract is signed I schedule a slot , order materials , get permits .

I love red flags and lots of trash... dumps the price out.
