How are local investors doing anything but setting themselves up for future disappointment?

Again, this thread was about disappointment with the level of communication between your office and my realtor / me.  

Anything that's calculating cash flow on a 5-year pro forma linearly will be deeply disappointed it doesn't work like that.

I spend a lot of time and effort finding properties that look great in their postings, only to be very disappointed when I see them in person—just wondering if others have the same problem. 

Very disappointing; asking for my money back. 

Very disappointed in the product and will stick with what has always worked in the past - real hardwood or tile.

I think it may be because it's a House not an Apartment, so Zillow appears to be the "go-to" website for Single Family Residence.We were using just the Zillow application (also $29), but were disappointed with the lack of in-depth credit reporting.

However I was very disappointed by the spreadsheets for one of their key books.

You can imagine the stress/disappointment my wife feels time to time. 

I've never had a buyer who arrived after closing be disappointed with their investment.It definitely comes down to trust.
