Politicians (i.e. the entire Democratic party) and their leaders like Bernie Sanders and AOC are calling for wealth redistribution. 

Aaron - I know there is a lot of new development growing east from the Plaza and Hyde Park, but it is still on the wrong side of Troost and it is still in the hands of the leaders in Kansas City Missouri.We need a lot of development in the area. 

For example, there is a substantial inventory of rundown/distressed properties, an appetite for growth by local leaders, the potential of rapid appreciation, strong rental demand and much more. 

Not to mention all the leaders are excellent and know what they are doing.  

The realtor I'm working with (who helped me buy my primary residence last year) works on a team that does a lot of investment properties - his team leader currently holds 20+ single families/duplexes.  

Wholesaling is a business and it should be started, maintained, and flourish like one.Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive to completion.

We started at 2700/week and have raised rates religiously every year.

If you follow what the government and tourism leaders are doing, they want to focus on luxury tourists for obvious reasons and they probably would like to get rid of the cheap tourism if they can.Investing is first and foremost about figures but not only.

Please share your experience in detail and provide a solution (if applicable).Hmmm, I've made my fair share of mistakes. i'd say the biggest was not moving forward and continuing looking for deals when i had the momentum. what i'd do is go shopping, spend the money after each wholesale, then have to go do another deal after the pipeline dried up.That and not having a system i followed religiously.
