They also have their own set of rules of civil procedure (like motions requirements) that vex even us attorneys.

@Jarrod Weaver Unfortunately for me in-person is just impossible, I am constantly in motion between 3 different cities and can't determine in advance when I'll be where.

They are supposed to cost less to run and  they dehumidify but I was surprized at how cold it made the surrounding air. 

You also need enough storage on the NVR to hold minimum of two weeks CONTINUOUS recording of all/most of the cameras (motion activated only cameras tent to miss a lot of critical views).

Once I gave the 30 day notice I would file a motion and get a court date which is typically two weeks from the date that you apply.

But guess what .. it is sad that people would burn not me burn good thing about it all is that law and order tough to me keep a paper trail I payed check every time..... so u think I can’t due a motion to the court I mean I know it was droped  to show I paid and the paper that show that I left because he was not renewing a year later

Last time the motion sensor light went out in the backyard he told me about it and promptly went out bought another one and installed it himself.

There are other types of documents I'm not familiar with.At that point, a property is "in foreclosure", meaning the lender has set the wheels in motion by recording the notice.
