I am also considering shifting my strategy and investing the money that I have saved into a short term rental to supplement my income until we can secure a multifamily with the VA Loan. 

The scary part to me is the loan terms and low/no online barrier to a saturated health/ supplement industry. 

Lender won’t accept that but would accept if we found supplemental wind/ hurricane.

The problem with the books by gurus is the agendas, supplemented by stories and claims that make them exciting.

I need to get into a side hustle to make some supplemental income while I wait until October 2014 to start my RE business.

Not sure where property is located; but if you go ductless you may have to consider separate humidity control.Once I supplemented my ductless system with a separate dehumidifier system, it actually helped with a drying cooling and brought down the load on the ductless system.  

On one hand I was never able to convince any of them to go to the free schooling available to them or even to work 'under the table' to supplement their government checks for very long.

My goal with investing, is to help supplement my income, so that I can put more time into my other passion of Personal Training, and eventually exit the 8-5 lifestyle and have more freedom to do what I love.

Over all I would recommend it and would use them over again, just remember supplemental material will pay dividends in your education!

Internet leads are a great supplement but $220 per lead is awfully expensive, try ZBuyer they are much cheaper and have a monthly plan where you can call aged leads.
