Ok, thanks everyone.Harry, your feedback really answered my question.I can pretty much delete that part of my list now because it means nothing to me as a wholesaler!

Also, i am not sure if this is legal or ethical to post, it does not contain personal information, but if this shouldnt be posted please advise so i can delete.

When someone moves, it takes me less than 1 minute to delete their code and program a new one.

You can just google him if you need to so my post don't get deleted for posting contact info. 

So I look between 25k and 100k and delete everything else from my list.
