One more hint... remember, there are inexpensive Motion activated cameras you can buy (some with audio) to record such activities (dumping, bottles, noise, etc).  

We immediately brought a dehumidifier over.

Given that it is their attorney who is handling the eviction and has already filed the motion though, we weren't sure if it is best to wait until we can actually evict the tenant or whether we can switch to a different manager mid-stream. 

Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that will serve notice and/or file a motion to evict?

If it's ambient air, consider providing a dehumidifier or a/c.

Invest in a motion sensitive flood light.If the neighborhood is too dangerous for these techniques to protect the home, you're going to have a big problem on your hands.
