If I were giving advice for here, I'd say look for the one with a Starbucks or equivalent, a health food store and vegetarian restaurant, a boutique selling clothes with weird fashions, and anything artsy.  

well how about  taking a metal cloths hanger and sticking it straight into the powerhead and taping it directly to the 220.. now thats crazy. cut water meteroff run garden hose directly to house with enough wasted water to create a draught.wife rents to this nice hair dresser who they pay like a slot machine.. next thing i know ATF is calling me the boy friend that moved in has shot and killed someone  ... and of course we all have the tenants that destroy your house..

It works wonders to hang smokey clothing over a pan of white vinegar to neutralize the odor and make them smell fresh again.  

Even still, smoking in their car or outside still gets in their clothing, which then infiltrates your home. 

It costs you rather than makes money for you.It is no more meaningful than saying the clothes on your back are liabilities.

If I could turn back the hands of time I would first NO SPEND SO MUCH DAMN MONEY ON CLOTHES!!

Its a lot days or dirty clothes.

My tenant is telling me that the dryer is taking to much money to dry the clothes, around 5$ and the washer is leaving “white stuff” on the clothes.

The only thing they need to bring is clothes and groceries.
