Hello BP, I am a first time home buyer that was hoping to buy a house in south/east Austin that would be my primary residence but something that i could turn into a rental property several years down the road.

We really like the South East as well. 

Hi Mike,  I am looking for 3/2/2 homes in Southeast Houston.  

Fellow Vet, airline pilot, military pilot and RE Agent on the Southeast side of Houston.

I live in the southeast in a growing metropolitan area more than sufficient in size to accomodate a real estate rehabbing business.My progress to date includes reading books on flipping and listening to various, including Bigger Pockets, podcasts.

You could go southeast to East Atlanta, southwest to West End, etc.

I was quite impressed by "investor friendly" services provided by Southeast Professional Title, as shown on their website.  

@James Fontana  Im southeast Houston :) Im not on some dire pursuit of this mastermind group but sounded like it could be fun.  

Thanks for the tag, I've moved to Indiana recently but depending on the time & date I'd love to get together to chat sometime so definitely keep me in the loop.While I was in DeKalb I flipped a pair of homes on the south & southeast side and was a PM for a local company for several years.

I do like the South East Coordinator as well for long-term investing....Bronzeville, Washington park, Woodlawn, south shore etc.
