Was kind of disappointed to hear that Jake and Gino won’t be there but heard that the guy leading the training is pretty good.

It's a turnoff for those who aren't in it and a possible disappointment for those who make it. 

This is only the second property I've owned and the third set of tenants I've rented to.Very disappointed it's going this way, but I also don't see how to avoid at least starting the eviction process as well.

Again, this thread was about disappointment with the level of communication between your office and my realtor / me.  

Anything that's calculating cash flow on a 5-year pro forma linearly will be deeply disappointed it doesn't work like that.

I spend a lot of time and effort finding properties that look great in their postings, only to be very disappointed when I see them in person—just wondering if others have the same problem. 

Very disappointing; asking for my money back.
