The primary goal is appreciation adding value building equity and therefore net worth.I’ve been at this “game” 46 years  and there is no magic bullet.It takes time, discipline and consistent effort.But it can be done in 10 years.Of course this means living below one’s means - ie spend less than they make - to develop and build cash and capital that can be invested and then watch ot grow over time.Hope this helps.Arn

When a syndicator noted recently that due to 8 degree temps in ATL, THREE of their assets were wracked by frozen pipes bursting, it caused me a little alarm, a little worry---and then I went back to watching TV.

I (barely) watched some of the podcasts cause BP shows up on my youtube feed when I travel.

For the person with little to no wealth, just getting started, putting their eggs in one basket and watching it carefully makes more sense, likely up to the first $500K - $1M. 

Just watch webinar of Matt and was considering them ... so glad I saw this.Now I'm questioning my judgement / research. 

But I've watched a lot of cases carefully & studied enough of the law now to know there are ways to fight it in court.

Although as I watch what folks talk about on BP  land and land flipping seems to be more popular these days.

If properties in that area tend to appreciate more slowly, especially if you can't start renovations immediately, you may sit on that investment watching potential profits get eaten away at slowly as inflation passes appreciation. 

and I gotta tell you it's really fun to get to see the impact of my legacy gifts while I'm still around to watch my children prosper.
