This is such a unique business opportunity I don’t want to go to waste, but it’s puzzling to say the least.

Once you are ready (financially) to jump into an OOS market, the first piece of the puzzle is a real estate agent.

It seems to be astronomically different from what I have read in this book and the book 'one rental at a time' (along with things like rich dad poor dad etc) But keen to see all the pieces of the puzzle come together as I learn more.I have ZERO experience in property, I invest in Shares and Crypto and my partner has a 1 bedder (120k owing) that we rent out, We were looking to buy a home for ourselves but the market seems ridiculous atm and anything we had liked (small 3bedder single family home) I just don't think is worth 900+K and pushing our loan plus repayments to the max.

The only piece in the puzzle is finding a builder.

The puzzle I'm trying to solve is how to structure this partnership. 

There are just two many pieces of the puzzle that the only real answer is to understand how to evaluate a deal and have a system that is flexible and allows changes and updates throughout a rigorous due diligence process.

That's another piece of the puzzle that I'm worried about. 

This is the single most important piece of the puzzle as a great PM can make an average deal work.

The one piece of the puzzle I'm missing is having two years with an active license needed to become an independent broker.
