It is funny how a sence of friendship can be created over time simply from reading comments from certain individuals on the board over time.

I dont say this to discourage you, but to encourage you to hunt in many areas.What I have been able to do is leverage a few personal friendships with realtors to get connected with seller before the house even hits MLS.

I know the number may be few, as even some who you think you have relationship/friendships with can still turn on you.

I asked my question because I wanted to ask a realtor friend of mine and didn't want to be imposing on our friendship without knowing if there was anything in it for her.
