If you are renting out you should figure out if you can get a second entrance (variance?) 

This makes no sense, since my home is a single family and does not have a separate entrance.

They would put up bandit style signs at the entrances and exits of the complex the week rent was due every month.

We bought a home in town that has a mother in law suite with its own entrance and we're renting it out on airbnb.

You can rent out an extra bedroom, or if you have a basement with a private entrance you can always rent that out too.

If you decide to move a mobile, make sure you know exactly where the spigots are, and your concrete guy(if you need concrete) doesn't put the crawl space entrance immediately below it. 

Or plant flowers at the entrance. 

Any student in Manatee County who can pass the college entrance exam can take college classes for free from SCF as soon as they are 14. 

It was a homeless guy and I nearly killed him when I was down there. luckily a harmless guy but I basically just put locks on everything that had an entrance or a door. but yeah...if theres complaints. just get rid of the one tenant
