Do you have a domain based email, not like  Jerryll_Nike at gmail dot com, vs Jerryll at Nike dot comDo you have credible pictures.

It should boost confidence in your home vs. an exact replica down the street (if it existed).  

So, instead do what all the real companies, the credible companies the succesful companies do like Nike, Coca-cola, apple, etc. etc do.

I am also looking for my first flip, but wanted to add that there is a group in my area that flips homes regularly and they have prop furniture for flips for staging and such.. like plastic and cardboard replicas and such.. looks decent in person, in pictures you cant tell it is fake..
