Not sure where property is located; but if you go ductless you may have to consider separate humidity control.Once I supplemented my ductless system with a separate dehumidifier system, it actually helped with a drying cooling and brought down the load on the ductless system.  

On one hand I was never able to convince any of them to go to the free schooling available to them or even to work 'under the table' to supplement their government checks for very long.

My goal with investing, is to help supplement my income, so that I can put more time into my other passion of Personal Training, and eventually exit the 8-5 lifestyle and have more freedom to do what I love.

Over all I would recommend it and would use them over again, just remember supplemental material will pay dividends in your education!

Internet leads are a great supplement but $220 per lead is awfully expensive, try ZBuyer they are much cheaper and have a monthly plan where you can call aged leads.

Note response I will receive from wonderful folks in this forum... will help me focus my mindset... and see who i should really look for to supplement my skill... the syndicator..... or the broker and syndicator... all in 1 shot...Note what I realized also in my journey is that a lot of folks out there waist a lot of time chasing variety of strategies without major focus....  

I am also looking to invest out there (buying a property for my parents) and building a prefab ADU on the lot in order to rent out for supplemental income.

You are exactly right that it's better for the rent to be paid or supplemented by Medicaid, because these folks may be able to work but don't have much earning power and cannot pay market rates.

The two-day class is eye opening and should be considered by any newbie.However, if you don't have money to speak of and need to take alternative paths toward, perhaps, an ultimate goal of passive investment streams, you may have to do a lot of self study and supplement your education through other investment clubs that offer a more broad perspective.Hope this helps!
