I found myself disappointed when one of the projects ended and I now had to start all over with my next investment even if I had made a strong return.  

If you post once and hope for a flood of contacts you will be disappointed.

I’m disappointed and at this point financially drained becuase we have to maintain our crazy mortgage and we had to pay off some debt under his request.

Eddie is definitely an expert, but I was disappointed in the amount of useful information I got out of a 3 day investment. 

Now I am disappointed if we don't nail it the first weekend.

I remember the excitement of my first deal, followed by the disappointment of surprise issues, followed by the joy of procuring my first tenant, followed by the disappointment of an early termination, followed by...You get the point.

Other similar and viable markets we have first-hand experience in are Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Decatur, and Athens which offer various turn-key opportunities that will not disappoint.

My results were disappointing with this.
