I wouldn’t try to amend a contract that is in violation of federal law.

Once you have reviewed the tenant profiles/application and have made your selection, the real estate agent can draw up the lease agreement and if necessary, you can then amend it and add addendums more suited to your requirements.

The city councils and county commissioners appear to have no issue violating the 5th and 14th amendment rights of property owners.
