Chances are putting it into an LLC will do VERY little for asset protection,,,get an umbrella policy with several million in liability coverage.Putting a property in an LLC is not the 'silver bullet' people tend to think it is

If they really wanted to help they need to start a non-profit so the legal eagles like the FBI don't see them as attempting to pull off some scam, you may have good intentions but it's hard to prove your intentions.

@Steve Hungerford it's certainly not handed to you on a silver platter, however there are dedicated consultants at banks here in California that push your plans through the permitting process while also funding the ADU project. 

Hi Sam,I purchased a town home in the Eagle Landing subdivision while I was there for training and have been completely satisfied with my investment. 

I'm assuming the property is in Eagle county, but correct me if I am wrong.

Counting Silver, green, or red locks - not so much.Also, please note that you are buying an existing Facility so you can kind of expect it to perform as it has been (management practices notwithstanding). 

It is not the silver bullet you might be looking for but it did help measurably. 

This seemed like I deal as I have seen multiple day courses available at Tysons Corner or Silver Spring which start at $750 for the course itself. 

Up in Eagle CO you'd be a prime candidate for evaporative cooling too.
