They could then sell to a client of theirs and do so by financing it.No, not a wrap, but allowing them to originate and qualify their client.But:The non-profit can't be related to me, its board of directors should be related to me.The N/P should have a valid housing mission in the communityThe mission of the N/P would need to allow business to be conducted that profits to the extent that amounts made would promote the overall mission.If you have a N/P in your area, something along these lines might work.

Also, you can compare it to the South Pas maps as you will see South Pas has higher crime areas along the store fronts (mission, Fair Oaks, etc.) and you can compare where you currently live to the other areas.

Somehow everyone who claimed that our forces were GROSSLY OVERTAXED and "spread too thin", and "losing the cream of the officer and NCO corps", when we had 20,000-30,000 troops in the Balkans, seem to see no problem with the current mess.But not too worry about Irag, it's "the war that will fund itself through oil revenue" WHOOPS, and "Mission Accomplished", WHOOPS, and "Democracy is messy", WHOOPS, and "you go to war with the troops and equipment you have" WHOOPS, and "we know EXACTLY where the WMD are", WHOOPS.

There are places like Vicksburg, Southern Plantations you could visit, visit Kennedy Space Center; Disney World, you could visit the Presidential Libraries, Mount Vernon, Montpelier, Monticello......You could spend time in So Cal; As opposed to Squirty Worm in Lima, we have two the Getty Museums, The Norton Simon Museum, (those three museums alone are world class and destinations all on their own) Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, some of the California Missions are very interesting and fun (Santa Barbara comes to mind again), Disneyland, I could go on and on and on and on and on.
