Scoring a property at a reasonable price is a happy byproduct of a content vendor.In your case-in-hand, the Vendor wishes to exit the rental business ... and he want's his money, now.  

We have had 35 straight years of steadily declining rates with a few bumps here and there, but we may have more of the opposite case in the foreseeable future. 

The county won't even consider your case in an informal hearing if you do not reveal your purchase price.

But if you are up for it, I find that it's more money in certain areas-- might not be the same case in your area.

I have not found that the case in OHIO though.. just curious really.but good luck with them..

So the banks goal is obviously to get the property so they can sell it through the usual course on the MLS.It was a great realization, as I obviously won't bother to do title searches or due diligence on properties with a final judgement order higher than the appraised value (which is the case in most auctions).I wanted to point this out to others who might be bidding at foreclosure auctions also.

More or less same cluster at Preston and George Bush in Plano....and plenty more around the giant Metroplex.As I think is the case in most big cities, the big public hospitals are not always in the best places to live. 

At those levels, many of the proteins have dissipated.

This is a difficult situation @Deanna McCormick as is often the case in family business matters.
